Visiting PhD Researcher at DKFZ Heidelberg
I am currently a visiting PhD researcher at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, Germany, working with the Medical Image Computing (MIC) team led by Prof. Klaus Maier-Hein.
My research stay focuses on uncertainty-aware and robust deep learning for radiotherapy segmentation, in close collaboration with clinicians. The goal is to develop methods that can be safely deployed in clinical workflows, ensuring that model predictions are well-calibrated and that clinicians can rely on uncertainty estimates to make informed decisions.
This visit is funded by the CNRS GdR IASIS Doctoral Mobility Grant.
